Boat and Dock/Slip
- Ensure boat is secure and stabilized in slip or on lift
- Ensure cover is secure and intact
- Ensure boat lift is stable and functionable
- Ensure structural integrity of slip/dock
- Ensure dock lighting is functionable
- Inspect cleats and dock lines for wear and tear
- Ensure fenders/bumpers are intact to prevent boat and dock damage
- Inspect for pest infestations such as birds and insects
Storm Precautions
- Spring/Summer/Fall - As an added bonus, we will inspect your property after each storm for damage and power outages.
- Freezing temps on the way? We will make sure your heat is on, water dripping, cabinet doors open and outside faucets are unhooked from hoses and protected.

Arrival Services
- Confirm arrival times and any special requests.
- Provide a list of activities and events around Grand Lake.
- Ensure the property is clean and stocked with any requested supplies.
- Turn on lights and heat/air
- Set up outdoor furniture and grills, remove covers.
- Remove boat covers and ensure boat is clean for use.
- Ensure all home systems are functioning properly including electricity, plumbing and internet services.
- Power wash spider webs/insects from home, patio and dock.
- Provide assistance with any maintenance issues or repairs needed upon arrival.
Departure Services
- Confirm departure day and times.
- Conduct a thorough inspection checking for any maintenance needs or repairs.
- Secure all windows, doors and security systems.
- Turn off unnecessary lights and/or heat/AC.
- Provide professional cleaning service - detailed interior and exterior, wash and change sheets, towels, dishes, take trash to dump.
- Replace any amenities.
- Clean boat and replace cover.
- Clean outdoor furniture and grills - replace covers.
- Clean golf cart(s) and make sure they are charged or filled with gas for next arrival.
