Thank you for visiting our website.  I'm Carter Morey, the proud owner and operator of Monkey Island Property Management.  I was born and raised in Edmond,
OK, but have been a life-long Grand Laker.  My father and grandparents own vacation homes on Monkey Island, which I've been blessed to call my second homes for the past 21 + years.  As of December 2023, I now call Monkey Island and Grand Lake my permanent residence.   

Vacationing at my family's homes over the years, We often spent more time on the weekends working on our lake homes and boats than we did relaxing and enjoying them.   This experience helped me learn and understand the challenges and joys that come with owning a lake property.
